Future sales

The publisher has other sources of online revenue and continues to spend a substantial amount online. Company XXX is looking for new advertisers and the publisher seems to be a good potential customer.  

But they forget that  a person who has had a bad experience and been treated unfairly is very unlikely to have a business relationship with the company. Decisions are not taken by bots, but human beings with a memory.
